From classic favorites like fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon to gourmet omelettes and fresh fruit platters, we offer something for every appetite.
We have an extensive brunch menu and we are happy to work with you to create the perfect menu. Lots of our customers mix our brunch menu and our appetizers and desserts menu. We love that idea!

Charcuterie board or grazing table
Fresh Fruit Skewers with strawberry dip
Wooden skewers with fresh chunks of seasonal fruit. This could include watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and grapes. All uniform and displayed standing up for guests to grab and go. With a strawberry marshmallow and strawberry cream cheese dip.
Silver Dollar Pancake Stacks
Buttermilk, Blueberry or Ghirardelli Chocolate Chip includes syrup and whip cream. Silver dollar pancakes stacked and skewered with a decorative toothpick for easy take and taste! Whip cream and warm syrup for drizzle and drenching!
Hashbrown Cups
Shredded potatoes with a hint of garlic and onion, drenched in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Baked until crispy and golden topped with chopped chives.
Whimsical Crispy Breakfast Bacon
Thick cut bacon baked until crispy.

Mini Açai Cups
Açai cup with fresh seasonal fruit blended in and topped with fresh blueberries and granola. Served with decorative spoon for easy take and eat!

Vanilla yogurt layered with granola, blood orange, and topped with drizzled honey.
Strawberry yogurt layered with fresh berry confit with granola and honey drizzle.
Quiche Single Serve Cups
Fluffy eggs mixed with fresh veggies, artesian cheeses, packed full of flavor.

Avocado Toast Station
Fresh pre-sliced toasted artisan bread designed on wooden boards with select ingredients to build your own.
Avocado toast station menu requires a chef to be on-site.

Toasted artisan bread, fresh mashed avocados, thinly sliced red onion, extra virgin olive oil drizzle, cappers, lemon wedges and paper thin Citterio Prosciutto Di Parma.
Board 2-
Toasted artisan bread, fresh mashed avocados, kalamata olives sliced and pitted, sliced buffalo mozzarella, balsamic glaze, halved roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh sliced basil, toasted pine nuts.
Board 3-
Toasted artisan bread, fresh mashed avocados, fresh arugula, lemons wedges, honey, thinly sliced orange, sliced strawberries, feta cheese, and pumpkin seeds.
Board 4-
Toasted artisan bread, fresh mashed avocados, fresh cilantro, chopped jalapenos, roasted corn, Oaxaca cheese, freshly made mango salsa, pumpkin seeds, and soft-boiled egg.
